This is a good week to review your systems - are they efficient? - Do you have appropriate tracking so you pick up problems before they become obvious? - Are all your employees trained appropriately? Are you up to date on all your plans for the next year? This is a good week to review for your next year's planning - goals - never too early to start - why rush when you can work on slowly and precisely.

If you have not already contemplated working with local farmers and developing a Farmers Market this is a good week to start. This works really well in healthcare and schools. The community can be notified and will love to participate, staff love it and you can take advantage of some real fresh products to use in your meal production.
