If you have a roller rink in your area work together to develop a promotion
State Fruit: Cherry
State Vegetable: Spanish Sweet Onion
State Historic Vegetable: Sugar Beet
State Snack Food: Jell-O
State Cooking Pot: Dutch Oven
Put out information sheets about special state dates/events, people, flowers, animals, etc.
Promote any menu items that are specific to state and culture predominant in state.
If you have a blind teaching center in your area work with them to develop your menus in Braille and invite the students in for special deals
